I understand the basics of book keeping and I think once I have my books set up, I will only need help with doing my taxes and the occasional question.

I have never done serious DD other than occasional searching online and as one would expect, properties in the most desirable areas are quite pricey.

We get traveling nurses, the occasional business person, and transplants who are moving to Denver and want a short-term solution while they search for a long-term house.

You can pay water and electric, and not have it turned on if need beI would prefer they have dish, even though it has a negative side to it.  

I do occasionally wholesale properties.  

We have wooden countertops and have made the mistake of leaving water standing on the counter tops after doing some dishes and it caused pretty severe warping of the boards and separation of the joints. 

I offered to reimburse for the cost of replacement dishes and come back to add screws to reinforce remaining cabinets.Tonight, tenant texted me that he does not feel safe with the cabinets.  

I have a one spot that's been doing great for me for the past 3 months and AirDNA's numbers on it are worthless because there aren't many listings in the area therefore they are dishing out false reports.
