In my limited experience foreclosing, we had to hire a lawyer and give different kinds of notice to our tenant & then buyer, publish in a local newspaper, and *not* earn several months of rent, plus we had to spend money  to repair damage that the disgruntled tenant buyer caused to a newly renovated property, while on the way out of said property.

I went to school in the town that show is filmed in.Needless to say she said they use camera shots of the neighborhoods around the house that aren’t always on that street.

I bought a 2 bed 1 bath town house I paid 25k for it I put 45k rehab is already rented 1,200 month the appraisal company says they can’t appraisal the property because I converted from 2 beds 1 bath into a multi family 2 bed 2 bath and a fully studio in the basement so they don’t have comparable home in the neighborhood plus I didn’t get any permits for the rehab I know is my fault but I would like to refi my property and move on to next one.

I’m confident in my ability to do a lot of the work on the house If need be however I don’t own all the proper tools to do so and there is stIll a lot of steps that go into flipping I don’t have experience in (I.e. tile, flooring, sheet rock) due to previous jobs I have relationships with a large multitude of contractors, electricians, plumbers, carpenters etc I don’t have a specific house picked out at the moment however I do have several target neighborhoods I’ve been keeping an eye on.

I find that rents will vary by neighborhood and even by street.
