Absolutely terrible product in my experience and I've had a few different companies.

I know for me I can see a clear difference in my productivity throughout the day based on if I worked out or not. 

Naturally to cover themselves, everything even slightly askew is marked as "should be looked at by a professional" on up to "should be repaired/replaced". 

I would love to hear what some of your favorite or go to products are for a rental property...Specifically would love to know the following...   

Now I'm stuck with materials but no finished product.

Before entering this heavily competitive space, I am in search of advise from anyone willing to expose what they may have done different starting out, or what processes have proven to be a productive source of business.

My nature is being really process oriented and when things fall behind because of little details that could have been easily addressed it drives me up the wall. :) 

Yeah there are DSCR products available for these big multi units.

Is there a product or a bank/credit union that would be able to give us the home equity loan or line of credit against the SFH's we own?

The  suburbs of Cleveland don't see much by the way of new development, so we're looking for a unique product that offers residents attractive rents and a comprehensive amenity package.
