I use it for multiple businesses so makes sense for me to purchase the desktop version.I always set up a bank account for each property (no matter the holding entity) so the accounting is easier to filter through.

You're asking a question that can't be accurately answered without having a lender really know a lot more about you and your situation. 

I am assuming you are 20 years old right now, your dollars in the market have a 80x multiple in future value terms right now.

I can give you real world example of someone I know personally that bought directly from a seller (and it was "family") that went directly through a seller and is now in a situation where he spent more than the property was worth, the property had termites and needed new flooring. 

The jellyfish were bad on one trip and my son and I (and many others on the beach) got stung on multiple days.  

I’m wondering what other landlords in similar situations are doing about this?
