Will sure ask me how I know all about this it went to court and it was all in my favor  I had earnest money  and place which I had invested  and the buyer  came to the house while the owner was there to pressure washing the house  they became buddy buddy  and try to stiff me out the deal  the owner  gave me a sob story of why he has to pull out the deal and he will call me soon when he's ready to move forward .

The value, particularly in the situation you've described is that we are specialists in the design, drafting, and permitting so it takes a lot of pressure off of the already overstretched investors, or discomfort in many cases, of dealing with the long arm of the permit office.
