I am currently buying cash flow properties out of state but I will probably sell those properties in 5 to 7 years in a 1031 exchange to purchase an apartment or mobile home park locally within 2 hours of here.

It's called Invest Florida (they have an app as well).

Does anyone know if there is an app from the Wix App Market that will allow me to do something similar to that?
