In my early years, I did what was "easier" to earn money, though I found I was bored mentally.

My mentality is get out there and meet as many people as possible since I have only lived here a year and don't have a huge sphere.

I disagree with the new Sherrif in town mentality on the late paying tenant.

There is a somewhat substantiated theory that many haunted houses (when the folks are mentally stable) are related to carbon monoxide posioning.

There is a completely different mentality - I will speak for Memphis specifically - when compared to an area like Silicon Valley.  

If you don't someone else will, that is the mentality the banks have with these REOs. 

I guess I am simply finding myself struggling to free mental space to believe it's actually possible to become "financially independent" , and not just another pyramid scheme, book or, no offense intended "social networking site" etc. 

@Ashley Wolfe I've been following this thread and while I can appreciate the abundance mentality my gut is warning me here as well. 

I feel bad as most of them have either mental or substance abuse issues.
