Then again, I know nothing about commercial and industrial real estate so....This is a direct mail marketing letter, it seems... they are offering to pay all cash OR 1st Trust Deed on the property and pay interest at a 10% interest rate monthly.

What I do, I provide a notification in writing then e-mail, and then if possible sign a lease termination agreement, clearly stating a move out date.

I give them the option of using Paypal, but i write my lease such that they are required to mail checks directly to my credit union account. 

Driving for dollars or direct mail or phone calling owners.

Should I just mail owners?

Am i better off using direct mail and improving those campaigns ?
