Over the phone (not in writing, unfortunately) our lender said that once we purchase the property we would be able to easily transfer the property into our established LLC no questions asked, just go through the process.

That's a lot to ask of a complete stranger!

It doesn’t include a unit in a hotel, motel, inn, or other establishment where more than half of the units are used on a transient basis.

We have sporadically met other developers here and there, but would really love to meet and establish meaningful connections with a few more. 

Technology wasnt the same, info wasnt the same, youtube wasnt established, they definitely didnt have bigger pockets to help them haha so my question is1.

Unfortunately Boone is not a major area of NC and as a result, not a lot of news is pouring out of it, and not a lot to talk about either. 

The property to the right has been rehabbed but years ago and in front of the property is a well kept large parking lot to a church.

I’ve had local lenders who were able to get appraisals in a couple of days vs two weeks with a nationwide lender who doesn’t have a good appraiser network established. 

This is a 4 unit building that came with another lot to build another multifamily home.
