There are options for retrofitting coin machines or you can purchase new machines.I recommend talking to an appliance technician or checking out local laundromats to see which machines are used the most and are most reliable.

Just make sure that when you invest, you have a LOCAL team who you have dealt with and trust (Contractor/s and Property Manager at the very least).

In some cases, the reverse will be true and high activity levels may lead to an increase in the published rent rate.
