The leach field or laterals will be 4" and it appears you have 2", to connect as a clean out, picture an E shaped field, without additioanl clean outs it's hard to push that power roto into each line.

We ask to remove all fees, because we were NOT notified by escrow (I have e-mail from them on beginning of October 2010) and escrow did not have any info about 2 HOA dues.
