Firstly, from the standpoint of a bank, which has lent out several hundred thousand to an applicant, they most certainly would consider a foreclosure to be 10X worse than an eviction (which often times is due to landlord/tenant dispute versus a few months late rent).

Giving the get rich stuff in the paper game, charging for the education which was how to get the notes to show to them, they'd give a bid and then the note finder has to go back to the holder and go lower in the offer to make anything.As to buying and not knowing the applicable laws, say you bought a note for just 15K, you held it a few months and had problems and started foreclosure.

If you call them to enter things in your minutes for every contract, loan application, bank account or other matters, you'll be doing more work, IMO, than if you just did it yourself for nothing.
