Youdo, thank you for the lead on the 4plex I purchased!

Good Morning Everyone, I am beginning a direct mail campaign to bring in more leads.

Dear fellow REIs, I wish you had great Easter weekend.In 2018, my REI goal is fix & flip individual units in multi-family buildings and generate net profit over $100K to learn and test about this industry.

I’m interested in generating passive income through rental properties but also interested in flipping houses from an investment position (I’m not handy at all) - perhaps down the road. 

I have underwritten few deals for houses in that area which they all generate cash flow of over$200 a deal.

I just bought my first batch of bandit signs and currently on the hunt for some good seller leads for a direct mail campaign.

Any help or leads are appreciated!!

Hard to fault them for that.If borrower is made aware of the situation they should make you whole... and perhaps title will generate a revised settlement statement which shows the actual interest paid.

With the Facebook Ads I found that they can help brand recognition, but didn't get many leads.
