As most people said here, adding the language within a written offer will show that you are a serious buyer and that you are clearly outlining the terms & conditions upon which you'd be willing to move forward. 

Look at the rules and use defined language like short-term or long-term.These are just a few examples of questions I see caused by the confusion of an unnecessary term.

Study the market.

I am concerned by the language at the bottom about using the contract with XXXX real estate agent.

After studying my market I see the disadvantage of owning a STR, especially in the City of Atlanta since the law is changing, which why I am looking to Airbnb in other cities in GA. 

If it is to late to add that to your language all you can do is look at the property minutes before closing and have your team with you.

Check your contract and make sure you have this language in it.If so, I recommend that you cancel the contract immediately; to do so, you will need to have your realtor prepare a cancellation addendum with you will sign, get the buyer to sign, before sending it to the title agent for return of the buyer's escrow.  

Iv been studying real estate investing for about one year now and have a goal of owning a multi family property to live in and rent the other units, I intend to purchase in about one year under a FHA loan or 203(b) if needed.
