Definitely check out the legality of short term rentals where you are buying... that issue is my nightmare right now in FL - where the city only pursues short term rentals based on neighbor complaints.

That is not possible within IRS rules, other than by taking a (potentially taxable) distribution from the IRA.The questions I would suggest you ask are related to keeping the Roth IRA as a tax-sheltered vehicle.

When a note gets sold to another company, the buyer has no say in if/how that gets done - - just notice of where to send the next payment.(4) The Purchase Offer (or Commercial Offer) look exactly the same for Seller financing.(5) But of course - - the escrow/title company will issue a Settlement Statement and your expenses are noted there.
