Here in Indiana.....theres a place that has left over supplies from habitat for humanity homes.....and ppl donate to them as well......find those in your area...

Even simple adding bedrooms in many towns (particularly ones with septic) can be a major pain requiring dept of health approval.

The LLC keeps sending its president on trips to Hawaii to look for property, and buys him a new truck, and pays his health insurance.

Bought as a primary residence in 2018, moved out in 2019 due to mental health issues, refinanced at 2020, and now renting it out.
