I know there are many companies and company's reps or affiliates in here but I want to hear from the ones that actually used a private money or hard money lender repeatedly.

If the packet lacked board minutes, this should have made you suspicious and I would have contacted the Management rep. to ask when the last meeting took place. 

I assume you are managing yourself and just hiring out some of the things you and/or a manager would do? 

I want to know do I hire a mold inspector to come out or is this a deal breaker?
