Looking to buy with a turnkey property potently with RentToRetirement  anyone with experience & advice?

Just wanted to get a pulse from this amazing community on market potenital in these cities and specific neighborhoods, etc.As a side note, if you work in these cities as a cash buyer, investor, title company, realtor, property manager and are investor friendly, feel free to reach out! 

Ask how many units they manage and how much experience they have.

I probably should have all 3 above go ahead and fill out applications instead of just waiting the next day of so for the student's info to come.Thank you so very much for your thoughts and experience with this. 

Good day Bigger Pockets Fam,Has anyone here ever done a For Sale By Owner transaction, and if so, I wanted to hear about your experience and how easy/complicated it was to close that deal without using an agent.

Does anyone have any experience with this program, good or bad, that they can share? 

I also like the idea of BRRRR once I get more experience in real estate.

My advice - find a legit mentor that may partner with you as cohost is your first property, willing to share knowledge and you absolutely know for a fact they hv experience in the airbnb space with their own properties; gather info on internet, buy a couple of books - all the information is already out there.
