Is a local chain bank a good place, local credit union, local savings and loan, a broker?

SFH just didn't seem to produce good numbers so I moved up the chain and this one fit the bill... we closed on 11/12 and so began my quest on basic rehabbing; skills I knew nothing about. 

Thus the person who responded to an that does not allow pets will sometimes have lots of interesting picture of their four pitbulls chained up in their back yard. 

A good tenant that pays on time at regular intervals is gold. 

Now, once supply chain issues are solved and interest rates begin to rise in Q2, we will likely see some leveling off but a "correction" or "bubble" is not likely imminent.

Single family homes are flying off the shelves and not even sure if nows a good time to do a BRRR since renovation costs are going through the roof and supply chain choked (uncertain if renovations will finish on time). 

People who use a chain saw or their teeth will say "it works every time". 

My advice is don’t skimp get the inspections, check references, find the best inspector you can they can be worth their weight in gold.
