You're not talking about a hobby like flying model airplanes or something where the consequences of your actions and her opposition/indifference maybe lead to a couple hours of the silent treatment.  

I really miss those days flying to Miami and driving a truck back with billions of mortgage loans in tow! 

I dont know what is usual and customary for your local market, so obviously you'd need to do your homework to see what will fly and what would get someone excited - however those are some thoughts if you feel the revenue would be higher renting to college students.  

And it's normal to want to put the muscle on our tenants and fly off the handle.  

People call it fly over country.

I'm flying out on Monday to meet their team and do a tour. 

I have to fly back out there in about two weeks so I'll see whether it's better or worse after letting the place air out and the BIN seal everything up.
