Conversely, if you have a multi-family where you are responsible for snow removal, ice control on steps, etc, there is much more potential liability exposure.

I have not had him insure any rental properties yet but he was recommended to me by a fellow seasoned REALTOR® and investor and has been fantastic so far. 

I know some things out of my control are possible like evictions or misc repairs.I'm also kind of nervous because the building was built in 1898 but the two 2-bedrooms have been completely renovated.Also, another thing that is making me nervous is their counter.
