What expertise are you bringing to the table in finding properties? 

For the last 18 years I've been doing this with every single buyer (even people who were strongly referred and already are sure they're going to work with me), I find it super helpful in terms of making sure they understand the information they need to know in order to make good decisions as a buyer (regardless of whether they end up working with me or not), and in the course of doing the consultation they understand a lot more about the expertise I'm bringing to the table. 

I am wondering if it would be better to wait till I get next year's returns, which will include the new properties.Thanks for your expertise!

I would appreciate any insights that could be offered on this approach as it's new to me and isn't in my area of expertise .

This really depends on your time available, expertises and desire to operate vs passively invest.

I have funds but really just want to either focus on one sector or dab into a little of everything.

I would look for an experienced investor who would take equity in your deals in exchange for their expertise.

Further up, I think there’s good deals to be had in the outskirts of Park Circle and anything close to Amazon office and Charlestowne Square.There are vast areas of North Charleston in the Opportunity Zone, so we will see a lot of development and money poured in.There’s a number of large companies based in Charleston and it has a strong manufacturing and aviation sector.
