I recommend getting a general contractor who is experienced in ADU's.

They appear to have high turnover rates, is the turnover predominantly with new agents or experienced agents?

@Neddie Smith I was in a similar situation with a partner of mine (technically, my partner's pension fund) and we discussed this with a very experienced and competent attorney several times.

I would be careful if you are not experienced in flipping because holding costs on a property of that price point could be pretty significant.

Get un-stuck by finding the experienced investors in your local market that have money and partner with one of them to do the deal!
