As a matter of fact, I made an offer for a condo in Harlem just a few weeks ago, enticed by the fact that there will be a new wholefoods at the corner of 125th street and Lenox, but decided to walk away from it because I already own a few high end properties and after reading this board I think I should diversify and give the low end properties a try.

SugarSync did a promotion like that a couple of years ago and we picked-up 1.0GB in additional storage.

I just noticed the same promotion for Flipster Software.

Regardless, every day I bike past and say to myself there's got to be a deal that could entice even the most stubborn owner to sell.

Even here in Bend, some new buildings are including extras like TVs to entice renters without having to comprise on rent.  

A few companies created a profitable niche, with data driven analytics and promotion.
