In a crazy market, i usually only set up one time where a few people can go and get applications from that group.As a renter, there are too many scams out there of people asking for your info but not really having a property for rent.  

As an lender, I strictly originate loans to fiduciaries and have highly modified, proprietary notes and trust deed docs, anticipating the scenarios that we've either observed or encountered. 

I have encountered many flips in Fl where the price these flippers recently purchased these unrenovated properties for is closer to 80% of what the same flipper sold the renovated property for (this is not even taking into account repairs).

It was at this moment I was absolutely pissed at HU for their piss poor service and they probably scammed me of money.

Everything sounds good, but if anyone has any real life experience or anything concrete it would be helpful.Was victimized a few years ago due to a scam, bc of the scammer being from out of the US the financial institution held me liable, as a result my background hv bn permanently marked and hv rcvd certain restrictions.

Because it takes repetition for people to remember things and you have to be top-of-mind when they encounter a potential client for you!

Just the use of PetScreening.com limits the scam ESAs (which are the only ones I am trying to eliminate). 

There are MLM companies that charge you $30,000 to be in there suppos'd network but you're just signing up for a MLM scam.

In other words they’ll be stuck as a “bit actor” chasing single family properties hoping to encounter a “motivated” seller.For the potential real property investor to either successfully invest ON A LARGE SCALE IN RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY, or, successfully invest in commercial properties, they’ll need to learn the fundamental of real estate.  

The two issues you will likely encounter are: 1) private lenders not being willing/excited to loan in 2nd position, and 2) the bank doing the 1st position loan is not going to allow you to borrow the down payment.
