We're all on BP to learn from, and provide services to, - other real estate investors. (401k providers that don't allow real estate investment in their plans would not be providing meaningful services to the BP real estate community.)

At what point does the BP community feel it is appropriate to not do this (aka what size safety net) where we no longer have to worry about the monthly flows for an individual property?

Not sure that an american rental / investing site is going to be much help .these type of trophy properties are usually sold through higher end brokers like Sotheby's etc .Sounds like a cool place I have to think this is an easy sale for the local brokers or other types of brokerage community in the area.. 

I hope all the fathers in the community are enjoying their day with family and friends.I was listening to a podcast where the panelists discussed valuable lessons they learned from their fathers.My dad always encouraged me to use my brain to figure things out for myself.

BP community,I’m having trouble deciding whether to rent my condo or sell it.

I understand that many people in the BP community will either source loans from non-bank lenders or partner with someone who can fund the deal for interest (or even equity ownership in the property).
