The best properties to look for now in the Denver market is duplex triplex or four Plex they,Will bring you a cash flow if the numbers work!

We both by happenstance posted on a duplex with 3/1 and 2/1 configuration.  

Greetings everyone.Currently I am analyzing multiple Duplex properties in the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) area to buy my first deal via FHA loan and house hack it the first year.

I have a coworker (remote ) and relative who lives in Columbus  advising that the multi unit property market is much better than where I am and  after doing some research, I actually observed some affordable duplexes or more units.

He did not need the cash in any way - just wanted out of the work of it all.We struck up a deal to buy 4 duplexes an 1 fourplex from him.

I'm single so this works for me since I don't have to move a family around every 13-plus months after my Owner Occupant timeline has been met.2) I also buy low-rise condos or Townhouses with low HOA dues, they will cash flow in the area.I've been successful with this strategy, keep in mind you won't be closing on 3 - 10 properties a year with this strategy, it's strictly for the long-term buy and hold portfolio.

Hey everyone,So I am house hacking the bottom unit of an up/down duplex in Denver.

The condo is being foreclosed by the condo association.

We once owned another OOS property (a duplex on the beach) but sold it.
