Not knowing what you don’t know can be very expensive.Understanding building systems, mechanicals, and how to analyze asset condition is as important as analyzing a pro forma from a financial standpoint.

So you can start out as just someone who subscribes to a system and gets educated by being part of a team, and you'll do fine if you're willing to take the time to get educated, just like you would in a school.
