When doing a quiet claim can the judge deny me because I didn't do my own due diligence before purchasing the property?

I have witnessed a true wrongful foreclosure case where the homeowner was foreclosed on, asset sold to a 3rd party, servicer tried to get asset back, 3rd party denied it to my understanding, evicted occupant, homeowner won trial against servicer, etc and was awarded a big chunk of change, servicer appealed and won.Most mortgage litigation attorney's have told me they stay away from post foreclosure cases as they typically don't go anywhere.Complex subject and I'm not an attorney!

They are denying that they had any knowledge of the permit issue and proving it in court will be a coin toss at best.

However, if they can get a cosigner and pass your other criteria (beyond income and credit), you cannot deny them just because of a "bad feeling."
