I am a believer in building a good team, but I think it is a major hang up for people to try to have all all-stars and if they lose anyone, especially if that person is a single point of failure, the wheels come off.You want to have good people but you shouldn't need great people if you want longevity and to be able to remove yourself.I listened to the book on audio so I didn't get the lacking in the writing department.

In fact I even worked in one of Golden West's very first factories when they were built like trailers and looked like old mobile homes or coaches.But do yourself a favor and take the time to tour a factory or two and see first had the amount of detail the assemblers put into the new state of the art HUD and MOD Factory Built Homes.BTW, they haven't used a blue book in Cali for the past 25 years unless they're Pre HUD and have never been transferred to from the DMV to the California Department of Housing & Community Development (HCD) who now regulate and registers the manufactured homes instead of the DMV.

Keep in mind that during the process the law enforcement agency that oversees this (in my county it's the Marshal's department) will do nothing to actually HELP with the process; they are simply there to make sure everything goes smoothly and without violence.

yup..the new rules make it harder and harder to be under 45 days.they all have excused and point fingers at different departments,entities.. it's not even funny. that's why you need a portfolio loan.. its like using a credit card to buy whatever you want. its amazing and addictive.
