I'm young and unattached and am ready to pick up and move across the country if that's what it takes.I've been researching each state individually and an forming my own opinions about which ones have the best laws and ways of doing their auctions.I'm strongly considering Texas, Nevada, and Florida.

Work with a company where you have the freedom to make offers and invest without the big company control over you.As an investor, you can negotiate with agents to do work for you (you know they work for free until something is sold) let them find deals for you, make mailings, call on bandit signs, for you, sot in rent and housing court to find leads, pay for advertising.

Either way- it's to their benefit only.Dodd-Frank screwed up enough in this country - I don't think the purpose of their ruling was to stop renters from being able to buy a home.

Good thing, because the attorney had dropped the ball and was about to miss a deadline for the bankruptcy hearing - I spent 3 days going through evertying I could find on Bankruptcy - I went to court, filed pro-se (for myself) against the attorney for the people that were trying to stop me from foreclosing...We won!

high crime drugs and predominatly rentals.. no hope of selling to owner occupied folks... as they don't want to live there either... in our area there are NO true D areas all neighborhoods are filled with owner occs unlike much of the middle part of the country or the big eastern rust belt cities.
