Banks are still holding inventory of foreclosures so I think it really hard to determine the near future in today's economy.Stick to the strategy....buy at a huge discount and make sure that a plan B rental will cover your costs.

If you are doing conventional, then that opens you up to more possibilities..but you wont hit the 1% rule in those areas.

So many folks are exiting the SFH rental market, (either they never really wanted to be in it in the first place and got stuck, or they are investors and they're taking their profits elsewhere), and most of those homes aren't being returned to the rental inventory.

I don't think its correction will be sudden drop but more of a slow tapering as inventory is added and interest rates rise.
