They just passed a huge $2T dollar relief package, and from what I've seen the main benefit for the average American is an immediate payment of $1,200 and they beefed up unemployment insurance for laid off workers. 

I most recently have lived in Florida, Colorado, and Arizona.

So, 80% are at the top of the low-income bracket and many of them are health care or human services workers. 

Meaning if your tenant is a medocre to lousy worker dont expect them to be called back but till the end.Listening to sports show. 

Have you considered short term rental opportunites like healthcare workers who may be looking for short term housing during the Coronagenden to protect their families from infection.  

Now inspections (they're deemed essential worker too)  We will get through this!!

I'm working on my third VA loan at the same time ( basically I will have 3 VA loans) Also I looked into buying properties there before, I actually just closed on an investment property in Colorado. 

Supposedly good rental market for blue collar Chicago workers.

Do you know any lenders that lend in Colorado that give higher portions of the rent than 75%?
