If selling the units looked more rewarding I would review the litigation risks with your real estate attorney to understand what your exposure would be before listing the units.Good hunting-

You save the potential headache of having to deal with an invalid sale under the Bankruptcy Code, you are out maybe $300, but you end up saving whatever the opportunity cost was in that particular instance.And I strongly disagree that a buyer wouldn't potentially be subject to civil liability in a state Court for going through with a sale by not performing due diligence.

If you aren’t  familiar with the Florida insurance situation, there’s been a huge amount of litigation from roofing companies that have forced the insurance companies to pay for new roofs.
