I had my eye on one specifically but could not for the life of me get in touch with the owner. 

Quick and cheap might make better money but we care about making lives better too.I'm really looking forward to connecting with like minded folks who truly understand the value that real estate can play in eliminating the daily grind stress from your life (although we all know there's no shortage of other stresses that come along with it!).

Just like anything in life, you're new at one point, but if you're willing to hone your skills, you will master it.

It didn't "change my life" but it did change my thought process about a lot of things, especially in the finance department.

I've been told once you find a good contractor your life becomes that much easier.

I've invested in real estate off and on all my life.  

I don't want to work for the rest of my life, and don't see any other feasible way to get it done in less then 5 years.
