Even if it's $1,000 - $2,000, when I've looked at it as an investment in my business, I usually have been quicker to start making money and making less mistakes.  

If it’s assisted living many are going broke because of covid and post covid some regulations in some states required social workers to have nursing degrees so their expenses skyrocketIf its 55+ community and rentals etc, they have been hit and miss like other real estate

Hi @Ryan Dunn - the easiest is just to ask a few brokers that are active in the area, you can also simply attend a local real estate investors meetup (a lot of them are free or very inexpensive) and let folks know you're looking to offload your inventory.

Done a couple of flips, currently working on one that I’m considering to brrr it’s a single family 3bdrm 2 bath.and hoping to get a multi unit next. we are very skilled in the construction end (have a hardwood floor business) new to the nuances of rentals especially in New York State .

Sellers are still able to offer compensation to the Buyer’s real estate agent, but this compensation can no longer be advertised in the MLS.

For some groups, if they are aggressive in getting deals, they might offer discounts on their PPP plans to get more business. 

Ultimately I support whatever he decides, but we aren’t in the real estate industry most of the time.
