There are some investors who invest a lot of time and energy into learning the nitty-gritty in establishing a proper LLC and operating it correctly, but there are others who do it wrong and create a document that doesn't protect them at all.

Take advantage of it and spare yourself any more time/energy on resolving this.

I am on the southeast side of Chicago, in the south Chicago neighborhood and my AC has a burning smell when running.
