@Andrew Alan Navarre Rhodes 1) most  MLO positions  are  100%  commisison based   2) interest  rates  are the higher they have been in 10+ years   so  almost  all refinance  loan  opportunities  have   already  happened  or   dont make sense   3) the  purchase  market  is  also  tight   depending on the  area  you would  work .....low supply means  many  would be  buyers  cant  get offers  accepted  and now with rates   almost  doubling in the past  4-5 months  many of these   potential  buyers   either  cant   qualify  anymore  or are  fatigued  with trying to  buy and   are taking a   break from trying to buy  .....many buyers  are  waiting  to see what  occurs  as  many think there  will be a  correction  downwards in prices
