not paying a premium actually got a discount on it b/c of the uncertainty in the market...its why we moved...easily would have gone for 10% more in the normal market. 

I was thinking about how this pandemic will shape not only real estate but business as a whole once the world gets back to “normal”.

@Ben Ryder the HELOC can normally go up to a higher LTV so you can get access to more cash.

Normally I'd agree with @Jonathan Greene about going to meetups. 

I pray for  all Hosts that we  have enough standing to survive the next few months & that things should be back to normal.

Much less risk than their basketball game at the park.So some people I know are raking in the money, cooking food, making deliveries for the hardware store, and stocking shelves in a store, working 80 hours a week, with the pay rate higher than normal and bonuses. 

Do we really only need to be concerned with zoning to be able to start the project or are there other things we need to account for to be able to take on this project (other than normal finding a builder to partner with etc...3.

@Jared CrockerHi Jared,Are you asking about the EIDL loans that have been in the news or just normal standard SBA 7a loans?

Then after things settle now and normal start to appear again then I would start to look into real estate again.
