In this week’s post, I am turning it over to Brent Voepel.I got into a conversation recently with people in the industry about the price of property management.

Ah the classic troll accusation to bring more credence to your own argument so you don't have to bring as much substance to your own. 

For most people, the goal is financial freedom.

No, it isn't poverty of the pocket book that limits people, it's poverty of belief that they can become someone.

Some people pull all the equity out of their rentals to buy more, others like to pay cash for them, others pay the mortgages down faster because perhaps they want them paid off when they retire, others just let the tenants pay them down over time.

People expecting $200 per door per month in a b class neighborhood while financing with little to no renovation are going to be disappointed.

Sit down anywhere and people would just start talking real estate.

My problem is I prefer not to do the calling and I suck at it, but I don't want to lose these leads that my VAs are bringing in.

It was my first time going and it was nerve wracking until I started meeting people and it just felt welcoming!!

That of course means a tenant, seller, buyer, lawyer etc will not find it if it is in the Pro area and people are more apt to "Say things they may not necessarily say in an open forum"
