Two units contain 2 beds 1 bath, the third unit is a 2 story 3 bedroom 2 bathroom.

We are doing EVERYTHING all new, including a much larger kitchen and an added bathroom.

I owned a single family home for 3 years, slowly remodeling every single room in the entire house, as well as a beautiful addition with a full bathroom, and turned a great profit on it. 

Power washed and painted exterior, removed trees, new windows, painted front door, updated garage door and back door, added door entry from garage into house, new paint throughout the house, renovated 2 bathrooms (one of these bathrooms was a 1/2 bath that we converted into a full bath by combining the adjoining closet and rerouting the plumbing), added a kitchenette/kitchen in the basement.

I plan on doing some minor updating in the kitchen and bathroom in the near future and eventually do a cash-out refi to get my capital back out to purchase another one.

Needless to say, it’s April and I just got the upstairs bathroom ready to go, besides the shower surround.

I would like to house hack, I found a duplex that's a 1/1 for the first unit, and a 3/1 for the second (room/bathroom.)

The kitchen and bathroom are down the hall at the bottom of the picture.
