Patience is the key though, this is a quality few speak about in podcasts etc., there is no overnight sucess.  

It's important to have an agent or boots on the ground assistance to help you stay away from bad parts of the city.

Like the title says I am looking for an honest, good quality contractor or handyman in the Appleton, WI or Fox Valley area.

I am also getting a home warranty for the property to cover all the major equipment.
