I am curious to know why you think parks would shift more towards POHs?

We did shift our STRs to LTR during the school year, STR only in summer. 

I have to have a mindset shift though because I'm so used to looking for the walkable areas, the coffee shops etc and this isn't how a lot of people live currently because of space patterns. 

I wonder if all this hysteria will shift due to what's happening in the world/economy. 

Spare time priorities have shifted from renovating rentals to spending time with my wife and 2 under 3yo.
