So what is the average marketer telling the seller....Give me your address NOW, but I am not going to tell you who I am, what I do with the information, what I look like,  or any information anyone would NEED to trust you enough to give their information.Sure there are always people that don't care and fill it in.But do you really think granny Margaret will be happy to give you her address living alone without the ability to browse your "about us " page? 

I can lose my ability to make a living.

Some places have limits, others do not.Undocumented folks do have the  ability to do background checks. 

If you are starting out and have the time and ability, would recommend that you try doing it yourself for at least a while.

I do not care about credit score.What I care about is non-medical / non-student loan related collections, liens, judgments, repossessions, criminal convictions, prior landlord and personal references, time on job, income, communication skills, ability to follow directions, etc... and my tenant screening process focuses on these things.

And that making small changes today helps you increase your ability to continue growing your habits, even if it’s a focus on finances.
