Good point @Michael Nemeth  This relates to another thread I just posted yesterday; a couple where the husband is here and wife is still out of state packing up the house that will be sold tomorrow.

Moving and packing is a lot of work; but you don't fret about it when you're moving into a beautiful place that my wife and I have worked so hard for in our Real Estate business.

And we always pack detergent and shampoo.

I am thinking about putting 2 rv spots and looking for long term lot rent.
