Can I do cashout refi using a non-conventional loan / portfolio lender from a regional bank?

The lending has come back in favor of condos in recent years in Philadelphia with local and regional bank support.

I’m a full-time public school teacher and am looking to dive into real estate part-time in the Eastern, NC region – Raleigh, Knightdale, Zebulon, Rocky Mount, or Tarboro cities.

The slowdown in rent growth is due to a divergence in low vs high rent growth and there are substantial regional variations of high end rent growth.

And to date, do you utilize video in email marketing (and follow- ups) and also then plan to target high 'rent' (i.e. over 40% by city metro area) communities nationwide, vs. only within the Pacific NW, I presume?
