I think at this point two years later he has quite a bit of reviews but most of them are just reviews of the program not saying how much money they've made using it but I would like to know how much the fee he was asking for the course is I'm interested in taking it because he does have some excellent information and 30 years experience

There are good areas for rentals in pockets all over town so don't think of this like a big city where you might have to narrow down your area to one suburb or specific area of town.
