They trashed the floors (carpet & LVP), damaged the washing machine & dishwasher ; trashed the deck stairs risers; poop in yard; trashed one bathroom vanity, left tons of their clothes, fridge & pantry closets full of food, didn't maintain the yard, deck stair risers were damaged.

Also, look into businesses with low barriers to entry that you can do on the side, such as food truck of some sort, maybe have a partner.

With a septic tank the only thing you should be flushing is crap and toilet paper - no flushable wipes (they don't go in sewers either, btw), no paper towels, feminine hygiene products, diapers, food from a garbage disposal, etc.

We have several reviews people saying they are going back home to a more uncomfortable $2000+ mattress.https://www.costco.com/novafor...Home goods for smaller things, decor, pictures, "flair" or knick-knack items, good prices on furniture during sale dates.Cost Plus World Market for furniture, utensils, REALLY good prices on furniture during sale dates.Shamrock Foods (retaurant supply store) for frying pans, pots, pint glasses, cheap plates, bowls.Never had good luck with Wayfair or Ikea furniture.
