They trashed the floors (carpet & LVP), damaged the washing machine & dishwasher ; trashed the deck stairs risers; poop in yard; trashed one bathroom vanity, left tons of their clothes, fridge & pantry closets full of food, didn't maintain the yard, deck stair risers were damaged.

Also, look into businesses with low barriers to entry that you can do on the side, such as food truck of some sort, maybe have a partner.

With a septic tank the only thing you should be flushing is crap and toilet paper - no flushable wipes (they don't go in sewers either, btw), no paper towels, feminine hygiene products, diapers, food from a garbage disposal, etc.

Some of the high end amenities were large SUVs for guests to use, 25' Hinckley yacht, full time chef with food provided, daily cleaning etc.But those places are going for 5k a night.
