I just came from the bank to open a bank account for the newly formed LLC that will hold the property I am purchasing.

There are assets in an inherited IRA that I could use, I think (not sure, I think just getting RMDs)  I have taken $ out of inheritance before as a PAL (pledged asset line) and repaid it.  

I was looking to have it convert to a long-term mortgage and eventually cash out refinance to build a second duplex once enough equity built up  Unfortunately that is going to be designated as rural by almost every bank just for the acreage alone.
