So they hedge up on rates and LLPA/GSE fee's so that the banks have to charge higher rates.This is all politics and unfortunately this new party is hammering Gas prices, Interest rates, food costs, etc...

So you have to know what your market supports and how to cater to that market.You also need to understand zoning and regulations.

As others have mentioned, to prevent such problems, hire a service that regularly caters to thoroughly cleaning the property and performs pest maintenance and control.
